The 10th annual Pryder Cup, inspired by the Ryder Cup, will be held on August 29 and 30, 2025 at Airport Golf Course in Columbus, OH. The tournament was created with several objectives in mind:
- Foster togetherness among friends and family
- Ignite friendly competition among participants
- Support charitable causes through fundraising efforts

FRIDAY, AUG. 28
We will be at Pointe Tavern (Team USA's sponsor for the 5th generous year in a row) starting at 5:00 (If not sooner). Come whenever to pick up your shirt, hang out with the players, engage in team activities (Darts, Golden Tee, pool, who can drink the most beer game, etc.), and have some food.
SATURDAY, AUG. 29
8:45 - 9:00: Arrive at Airport Golf Course
There is no driving range so feel free to head to the one down the road prior to or after the photo (before your tee time, but don't be late for your tee time.)
9:15: Group Photo - with the later tee times this year (than previous years), I would like to bring the group photo back to Saturday morning before we tee off.
9:20: Head to the first tee for rules
9:30: Captains Lead Us Off with First Tee Time
5:00: After Party @ Zeno's (Team International's sponsor for the 5th generous year in a row.)
SATURDAY FORMAT/RULES:
Both players of each team will tee off. After choosing their best drive, each player plays the rest of the hole using their own shots. Both players score's of each team are recorded using the NET score, but the lowest score of the team will go against the lowest score of the opposing team. The team with the lowest score on the hole will win the hole. If there is a tie, the hole will be halved and does not carry over to the next hole. NEW: The dots on the scorecard represent how many strokes a player receives on that hole. If there are no dots next to a player's name on a certain hole, that player receives zero strokes on that hole.
SUNDAY, AUG. 30 AGENDA
Sunday's matchups and tee times will be determined upon completion of play Saturday. Feel free to hang around in the clubhouse and/or watch everyone finish on 18. Once everyone finishes, teams will split up and pick their pairings for Sunday.
SUNDAY FORMAT/RULES:
Two golfers from each team will match up against two golfers from the opposing team. Using one ball per team, you will alternate shots until the hole is completed. Whoever tees off on the first tee will continue teeing off on ALL ODD HOLES. The other team member must tee off on ALL EVEN HOLES. No matter how the previous hole finishes. I will do the math after pairings are picked to set the handicaps by USGA official rules for alternate shot format. Those rules will be on your scorecard.
